SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of structural materials and specifically to compositions of crude mixtures for producing heat-insulating structural materials. The crude mixture for producing heat-insulating structural materials contains clay, waste paper, sawdust, crushed fibre glass, marshalite and dunite, with the following ratio of components, wt %: clay - 77.6-79.5; waste paper - 0.1-0.2; sawdust - 0.1-0.2; crushed fibre glass - 0.1-0.2; marshalite - 14.0-18.0; dunite - 4.0-6.0.
EFFECT: high frost resistance of articles.
