FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a vortex chamber, swirlers, floats with a power frame installed on them, a collected oil accumulating tank, a pipeline and a pump. Vortex chamber consists of a cover plate, a cylindrical housing and a bottom. There are holes in the cover plate of the vortex chamber, and a motor is installed on the outer side. The motor shaft is located in the cavity of the vortex chamber and forms an annular gap with a hole in the chamber cover plate. A swirler is put on the motor shaft in the form of a bladed impeller and an intake is installed through an adapter coupling. The intake consists of a tubular housing, inside which a screw is installed. The intake housing is taken out through a bearing assembly beyond the vortex chamber. The bearing assembly is fixed at the bottom of the shell installed at the bottom of the vortex chamber. In the part of the intake, which is located in the cavity of the vortex chamber, there are drain holes of collected oil products from the intake cavity to the chamber cavity. At that, a reflecting skirt is installed below the holes. The second swirler in the form of a bladed impeller is put on the intake housing beyond the vortex chamber. The second swirler is located in the cavity of shaped casing. The casing bottom has an annular gap with external surface of the intake housing. Free end of the intake is located below the plane formed with the casing end. Oil products are drained from vortex chamber to the accumulating tank through the holes made at the chamber bottom.

EFFECT: increasing collection efficiency of spilled oil or oil products from water.
