SUBSTANCE: user terminal in a mobile communication system, having a determination module which determines a precoding matrix indicator (PMI); and a transmission module which transmits to the base station an uplink signal which contains a PMI, wherein if there is transmission of a physical uplink control channel which contains a PMI, the transmission module does not add an error detection bit to the PMI, and if there is transmission of a physical uplink shared channel, through which can be transmitted a larger number of bits compared to the number of bits which can be transmitted by the physical uplink control channel, and which contains a PMI, the transmission module adds an error detection bit to the PMI.

EFFECT: high efficiency of using communication resources.
