SUBSTANCE: radio communication method in the radio communication system, containing the base station performed in accordance with the LTE-advanced system standards, and the user terminal, performed with the ability to carry out the radio communication with the base station, includes the steps: formation of downlink control channel information by the base station, related to the improved physical downlink control channel and downlink control channel information sending into the user terminal, using reconfiguration signal of RRC connection. The user terminal takes the RRC connection reconfiguration signal and setsthe downlink control channel information.
EFFECT: provision of the ability to send the user parameters into the terminal, related to the technologies, provided in LTE-A system, at the appropriate time moments.
