FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Adhesive overlay for monitoring of acoustic signals from human or animal body contains surface of contact with skin, means for conversion and registration of acoustic signals and their conversion into the first electric output signal; adhesive element for fixation of adhesive overlay to skin surface. Means of transmission is intended for transmission of output signal into external device. Compression construction on the surface of contact with skin is made in form of one or several projections, protruding from the surface of contact with skin towards skin, when the surface (35) of contact with skin is fastened to skin. Described are adhesive overlay set and method of monitoring of acoustic signals from human body.
EFFECT: increased skin tension, which results in ensuring monitoring accuracy.
