SUBSTANCE: wrist watch has a body with a shape which is suitable for wearing on the hand, said body housing electrically interconnected electronic clock mechanism with a programmable processor, which is connected to a touch monitor, a keyboard, a memory unit, a power supply unit and audio signalling means, as well as electric circuits connected to the processor, having signal shaping amplifiers, radiation detectors, an illumination sensor, an audio player with a sound amplifier, a navigation device, a transceiver, a microphone with a frequency equalisation circuit, a barometric pressure sensor, an air humidity sensor, a skin moisture sensor, an electric cardio signal sensor, a galvanic skin response sensor, a tremor sensor, a body temperature sensor, an air temperature sensor and a pace counter.

EFFECT: providing a device which enables to track current time and the maximum allowable time for the user to be exposed to unfavourable physical factors based on unique features of the psychophysiological state of the user.
