SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Rotating portal frame of medical device for image obtaining contains rotor and support. First side of rotor and second side of support are spatially separated from each other along longitudinal axis of examination area and thus determine space of increased pressure between them. First side of rotor contains hollow region and device of air supply, located in space of increased pressure. Device of air supply pumps air into space of increased pressure through hollow region. In cooling of rotating portal frame air is sucked into space of increased pressure by means of device of air supply, air from inner space of increased pressure is pumped into numerous areas of device for image obtaining by means of device for air supply.
EFFECT: application of group of inventions will make it possible to increase efficiency of heat dispersion in scanner.
