FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and may be used in treating snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea. That is ensured by respiratory sessions of an oxygen-xenon mixture containing (vol. %): xenon - 5-20, oxygen - the rest. The session is performed for 2-5 minutes twice every second day and repeated three times for three months.
EFFECT: method enables the effective therapy of the given pathology by using a respiratory mixture of xenon and oxygen in relations to provide the functional recovery of the nervous system, ENT organs, as well as larynx and neck muscle tone.
