Proposed head comprises generating part with lateral generating surface confined by sensor and convex impact end faces. Said convex impact end face features surface composed by revolution of catenary with parameters a=(3…20)D where d is head impact face diameter around head lengthwise axis.
EFFECT: efficient transfer of kinetic energy to drilling machine waveguide.
