FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device relates to woodwork and can be used for making pressed blanks. It comprises box-section female die and wedge-shape male die composed of rolls secured to side faces, their diameter increasing from wedge top to its base. Note here that fixing plate is arranged between male die and wood blank. Note also that male die length is 20 cm larger than that of female die. Mind that every two opposed rolls get in contact by their side surfaces.
