DEVELOPMENT METHOD OF PRODUCTIVE FORMATION WITH LOW-PERMEABILITY SECTION Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC E21B43/16 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling of horizontal production well with mining of sections of different permeability, extraction of the formation product and balancing of intraformation pressure. According to the invention, when drilling a horizontal production well, its bottom-hole section is arranged in the section with permeability that is at least by 2 times more than permeability of low-permeability section. At that, formation product is extracted till formation pressure is reduced not more than by 2 times relative to hydrostatic one. After that, balancing of intraformation pressure is performed by stopping the well for the time period that is sufficient for flow of the product from the low-permeability section to the section with higher permeability. Then, formation pressure is determined and recovery is continued. When necessary, stop cycles are repeated. When the product is waterflooded by more than 98%, recovery is performed only out of the low-permeability section cut off the rest well shaft.

EFFECT: possibility of performing complete and uniform extraction of the product from sections with various permeability.
