FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a bearing volume shell filled with gas, which is lighter than air, a sling, connecting it via a hoist with an anchor, a stiff rod fixed at the bottom of the shell with the help of the stiff rod sling via its hoist on its anchor, sections connected to each other and to the stiff rod of the section, every of which comprises an additional stiff rod and a wind engine with a wind wheel and with a tail. The shell is made with bracing, in the base of the shell there is a frame fixed with a roller, inside of the stiff rod there is the main shaft installed. The wind engine is made in the form of an airplane comprising a body, wings, brackets, which rigidly connect the body with additional stiff rods. Inside the body there is a horizontal shaft with a conical gear being engaged with the gear of the main shaft. The stiff rod is fixed on the frame by means of the stiff rod sling pulled via the roller on the frame. Sections of wind engines are connected with the stiff rod and to each other by means of couplings. The wind-driven complex comprises several wind-driven plants by means of brackets fixed on braces of bearing volume shells.

EFFECT: increased capacity due to stable position of wind engines relative to wind direction and reduced load at a plant due to occurrence of lifting force in wind engines.
