FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind-driven electric plants. The proposed system comprises counter-rotor vertical-shaft HM Darien-rotor-based wind turbine with cross-arms and aerodynamic wings and multi-pole generator furnished additionally with planetary adding gearing, automatic coupling mechanism and electro mechanic brake. The biconvex wings are furnished with biconvex aerodynamic washers arranged on the wing top and bottom, the washers' edges extending above the wing edges. The cross-arm section represents a biconvex shape with a chord arranged at its angle of attack varying from 0 to 20 degrees to the horizontal plane. The aforesaid aerodynamic washers are arranged so that, in counter-rotor rotation of the wind turbine two stages, the generator armature stays immobile. The upper wind turbine shaft supports a fixed cover, its base representing radially-diverging rods, there ends being attached, on one side to mobile insulated part of the aforesaid additional bearing assembly supporting a high-voltage insulator with a lightning rod. Note here the fabric-film enclosure of the said cover top part accommodates photo-electric batteries.
