FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: conditioner comprises a casing, a rotary compressor, a condenser, a drier filter, a capillary tube, an evaporator, an expander, a condensate collection tray, a fan with an electric motor, an air filter and rotary grates, and also a coolant circulation circuit. According to the invention, the conditioner has a circuit of serial liquid cooling of a heat exchanger, compressor and condenser, at the same time the condenser is arranged above the compressor and is equipped with a cooling liquid level sensor, connected with a control valve, and has outer heat insulation, separate from compressor heat insulation. The closed circuit of coolant circulation serially connects the condenser output via the heat exchanger, the drier filter, the capillary tube, the evaporator, the expander, the compressor with the condenser's input, besides, the cooling circuit of the condenser comprises a heat insulated pipeline of steam discharge.

EFFECT: possibility to use the proposed conditioner in premises isolated from environment.
