SUBSTANCE: inflow chamber comprising a foot valve, a filter, a bypass valve regulating the air flow in the main and bypass channels, air heater, air ducts, the valves are equipped with actuators, in the main channel between the air filter and duplex valve the air temperature sensor is mounted, in front of the inlet of the room in the air duct an air temperature sensor is placed, and in the pipeline in front of the valve that regulates the flow of coolant, the coolant temperature sensor is located, behind the first section of heating along the flow course of the air another coolant temperature sensor is mounted, and in an automation panel the following is mounted: the button and the warning lamp of turning on the control system, the buttons "start" and "stop" of the ventilator, the warning lamp of its turning on or off, the warning lamp "danger of freezing" of the air heater with a sound signaling, characterised in that in the bypass channel the electric heater is mounted, which is approximately equal in power and air heater, and in the automation panel a controller is mounted, which is connected to temperature sensors and actuators of the valves, in the panel the ventilator actuators and the electric heater and the warning lamp of turning on the electric heater is mounted.
EFFECT: creation of inflow chamber operating in automatic mode and at risk of freezing of the air heater that supplies outdoor air to the premises, the return of the control system to its original state with the elimination of danger of freezing.
