FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: thermocouple sensor comprises a protective body 1 with a sealed inner cavity, where wire thermoelectrodes 2 and 3 are installed. In the upper part of the body there is a sealed lead of thermoelectrodes with connecting elements 4 and 5. The sensor comprises a cylindrical ceramic dielectric element 6 made of aluminium nitride or alundum, and on this element at the sides of the cylindrical element there is opposite winding of thermoelectrodes, forming a dense double-turn spiral, with alternating turns of thermoelectrodes. There are multiple point solders 7 of thermoelectrodes are made across the turns of the spiral. With the double-turn winding of thermoelectrodes onto the cylindrical ceramic dielectric element 6 and by making, for instance, with the method of laser welding, multiple point solders 7 of thermoelectrodes 2 and 3 between adjacent turns of winding, the sources of thermal electromotive force in point solders 7 are connected in parallel. With such connection of solders 7 their individual thermal electromotive forces are averaged by multitude.
EFFECT: increased reproducibility of thermoelectric parameters of temperature sensors.
