SUBSTANCE: meter comprises a sensor, a mounting device therefor and a recorder; the sensor comprises a rectangular high tensile plastic plate whereon a constantan wire is wound in the form of a close spring. The half-wound constantan wire is copper-plated, and a piece part is covered with a hydrophobic cloth, while the plate ends are coupled to form a ring. The formed thermal element is connected to the recorded through the meter; the sensor mounting device comprises a soft tape ends of which have Velcro fasteners. In the middle of the tape, there is a vertical sleeve connected to the tape wherein there is a crossbar held in place, while the sensor is mounted on a lower end of the crossbar.

EFFECT: invention enables simplifying the design and providing higher measurement accuracy.
