FIELD: instrument making industry.
SUBSTANCE: device of measuring the optical characteristics of materials of spacecraft construction elements comprises a detector of particle parameters in the form of two grids, amplifiers of ion current, target, wherein the target is made in the form of a disk with a rectangular cutout having several samples under study of coatings and optical elements; there is a laser at the outer side of the disk, at the inner side the is a photodiode, and two CCD arrays symmetrically relative to the disk; a stepper motor is connected to the disk, at a distance from the disk there is a microchannel secondary-electron multiplier, solar battery elements, quartz scale and the sensor of the sun intensity, and the grids are connected to the input of the measurement unit of velocity and charge of the particles, the CCD arrays are connected to the input of the optical characteristics measuring unit, the secondary-electron multiplier is connected to a particle counting unit, and the outputs of the measurement units of velocity and charge of the particles, the optical characteristics, processing and memory, as well as the sensor of the sun intensity is connected to the unit of control and data exchange to the telemetry channel.
EFFECT: recording of appearance of small changes in solar-battery power.
