DEVICE FOR RECORDING CHARACTERISTICS OF SOLAR BATTERIES IN CONDITIONS OF SPACE FACTORS Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC G01R31/36

Abstract RU 2839708 C1

FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: device for recording characteristics of solar panels in conditions of space factors comprises a reference and a controlled solar panels, an analogue-to-digital converter, a microcontroller, temperature sensor, according to the invention, additionally introduced are a reference voltage source, a sensor of the angular position of the Sun, connected to the microcontroller, rotary protective screen fixed on the axis of the stepper motor connected to the stepper motor driver, the input of which is connected to the microcontroller, wherein the outputs of the microcontroller are also connected to the temperature sensor, resistive heater, interface module, multichannel analogue-to-digital converter, digital-to-analogue converter, key, which is connected to resistive heater, wherein the controlled solar battery is connected to the first differential voltage amplifier and through the first resistive shunt is connected to the first current amplifier, wherein the terminals of the first resistive shunt are also connected to the inputs of the first differential current amplifier, and the reference solar battery is connected to the second differential voltage amplifier and through the second resistive shunt is connected to the second current amplifier, wherein the outputs of the second resistive shunt are also connected to the inputs of the second differential current amplifier, wherein the inputs of the multichannel analogue-to-digital converter are connected to the outputs of the first differential amplifier, the first differential current amplifier, the second differential current amplifier, the second differential amplifier, and the output of the digital-to-analogue converter is connected to the inputs of the first current amplifier and the second current amplifier.

EFFECT: invention provides minimizing the effect of the angular position of the controlled solar panels relative to the sun, reducing the effect of the temperature change of the controlled solar panels on the evaluation of their degradation indicators, possibility of detecting small changes in characteristics of solar panels due to use of a differential channel.
