SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beekeeping. The proposed chisel 1 consists of a plate 2 with a bent part 3, a flat end 4 and a handle 5. In the bent part 3 of the plate 2 a "П"-shaped opening is made, which is open at the bottom and covered with a blade mounted at an angle to the bent part 3 of the plate 2. In front of the bent part 3 a hopper 11 is mounted, which covers the "П"-shaped opening. From below the hopper the bottom is made mounted in the blade plane. The bearing platforms are made pointlike in front of outside the bottom. The grip plates are fixed longitudinally to the sides of the hopper 11, at the rear part of which perpendicular to them on the axis 19 a valve 17 is rotatably mounted. One side of the valve, parallel to its axis, has a weighting. In front part of the grip plates on the axle a latch is firmly mounted. The latch axis has a handle fixed in the open position of the latch. The lower edge of the grip plates extends below the bottom edge. The grip plates are mounted with the ability of cleavage of the lower edges of grip plates sideways. At the rear part of edges of the grip plates below perpendicular to the lower edge of the grip plates the blades of the grip plates are mounted, mounted opposite the valve and parallel to the rear edge of the grip plates.

EFFECT: invention provides an exception of propolis losses and entering the wood debris in propolis, increase in labor productivity in collection of propolis.
