FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyrotechnical insecticide compositions and can be used against pests in closed space. The pyrotechnical smoke-forming insecticide composition contains an active substance, an oxidant, organic fuel, binder and a process additive. The active substance is permethrin. The oxidant is potassium chlorate. The organic fuel is gaseous carbamide and thiuram. The process additive is aerosil. The binder - plasticised chlorine-containing polymer resin used is a copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate which is plasticised with tributyl phosphate. Output of the active substance increases due to complete sublimation thereof without thermal decomposition.
EFFECT: high technological effectiveness of preparing the composition, enabling continuous pressing of tablets from said composition.
