Generator includes cylindrical housing with percale cover. Generator is equipped with receiver, limited by the transverse bridge and outlet opening. Generator embodiment provides for making the outlet opening in the transverse bridge. Bridge is adjacent to the pellet upper end. Fire-retardant cord is distributed around the pellet perimeter. Cord free end is located under the cover. Pellet pyrotechnical composition includes pyroxylin crumb, cypermethrin, thiabendazole and triacetin.
