FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry, in particular, to fodder production. The premix preparation method involves mixing several groups of preliminarily dosed and prepared ingredients, beginning from small doses of microingredients, subsequent mixing with big doses of microingredients and a filler. The mixture of microingredients with a filler is prepared by way of dosing at a ratio of 1:1 - 1:10 in a pseudo-liquefied condition. The preliminarily prepared mixtures and a filler are reground with simultaneous slight drying till the required condition. The final premix preparation is performed by way of dispersive mixing in a counterflow mixer during the latter dosing in the technological cycle of the largest weight groups of microingredients and a filler and exposure to ultrasonic oscillation treatment with frequency equal to 20-40 kHz and power equal to 200-300 W/kg.

EFFECT: premix preparation method ensures the technological process simplification, provision for the possibility of programmable preparation of premixes based on various kinds and quantities of biologically active substances that is the method universalisation with minimum expenses which allows to reduce the prime cost of the premix with high quality indices.
