FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fruit-and-vegetable raw materials processing. The line includes a washing machine, an inspection transporter a calibrator, a machine for seed cell removal, a cutting device, a sulfitator and an automatic packing -and-packaging machine. Additionally, the line includes an apparatus for moisture-and-heat treatment. The apparatus is divided into sections for raw materials heating, convective drying, preliminary hydrothermal treatment (located between of ultra-high frequency drying sections) and dried product cooling. Additionally, the line includes an equipment complex of a drum machine with a washing unit and a multifunctional installation performing raw materials crushing and seeds separation.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance the ready product quality.
