SUBSTANCE: toothbrush (10) comprises a handle (12); a section of oral care (14), fixe to the handle, besides, the oral care section additionally includes the following components: a partition that protrudes upwards to form a peripheral bearing element; a membrane (22), connected to the peripheral bearing element and made with the possibility to attach tooth-cleaning elements (26); multiple tooth-cleaning elements connected to the membrane, every of which has a melted section, besides, the tooth-cleaning elements are distant from each other; and the membrane section passing down from its lower side in direction that is opposite to the tooth-cleaning elements, besides, the membrane section is arranged between the neighbouring elements for teeth cleaning, to isolate the melted sections of each tooth-cleaning element one from another. Also there is a method to make a toothbrush.
