FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable diapers. Diaper contains external part, which includes front and back belts, and internal part, which includes absorber with absorbing element. Both front belt and back belt of external part have multitude of belt elastic elements, which are placed parallel to each other in transverse direction. External part has several zones, located in front and back belts in transverse direction: circular zone of belt folds, located from upper edge of front belt to upper edge of back belt, swaging zone in form of strip, located between lower edge of belt and upper edge of absorbing element and circular tightening zone, located between lower edge of belt folds zone and upper edge of swaging zone of back side. As area of swaging zone of back side is smaller than area of swaging zone of front side, compressing force of swaging zone of back side is less than compressing force of swaging zone of front side and constitutes not more than 0.35 H, and compressing force per unit of width of tightening zone constitutes not less than 0.45 H/25 mm.
EFFECT: possibility of easy determination of time for diaper replacement is provided.
