SUBSTANCE: invention refers to an absorbent product. Absorbent article (1) has an upper-lower direction, comprises: absorbent main body (10); front element (3), extending towards an end portion on one side of absorbent body (10); and rear element (4) extending to end section on other side. Absorbent main body (10) has a pair of walls (50) preventing flowing in appropriate side end sections. Each of walls (50) preventing permeation has section (51) facing the skin, which contains a plurality of elastic elements (55), and skin (52) unaffected to skin. Each wall in the pair of walls obstructing walls has connecting section (61), in which are connected at least sections of mutually opposite surfaces of skin-facing area (51) and non-skin-to-skin region (52), and non-connecting portion (62), which is made above connecting section (61). Mutually opposite surfaces in non-connecting section (62) are not connected. Connection sections (61) are located inside in direction of width of front ends of walls (50) preventing flowing, and each of connecting sections (61) at least partially overlaps in upper-lower direction with front element (3) or rear element (4).

EFFECT: invention reduces probability of outflows flowing out by preventing formation of a gap between the absorbent product and the user's body.
