FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma technology. Proposed method comprises firing the discharge in discharge chamber between two electrodes. Solid cathode made of rod-shape sprayed material makes one electrode while liquid anode, an electrolyte, makes another electrode. Solid cathode diameter makes 4≤d≤12 mm, voltage between cathode and anode makes 120≤U≤1000 V, discharge current makes 50≤I≤900 mA, while distance between cathode and anode is set to make 2≤l≤40 mm. Pressure in discharge chamber equals 2≤p≤20 kPa while process is realise at salt solution electrolyte concentration of 2% to saturation.
EFFECT: metal powder dispersity of 10-100 nm.
