SUBSTANCE: technical task being solved consists in generation of an electric charge between an a electrolyte jet consisting of sequential continuous drops representing the anode and a solid cathode within a large volume outside the metal cathode surface, voltage between the electrodes equal to U≥200 V, discharge current I≥20 mA, drops jet total length ldj≥2 mm, drop diameter dd≥2 mm, electrolyte drops flow Gd≥1 g/s.

EFFECT: increase of electric charge within the interelectrode gap where the anode is represented by an electrolyte jet.
