FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nonferrous metallurgy. Table is rigidly secured to bed and provided with walls to support cutter. Bearing frame allows vertical displacement of slide with cutting tool therein actuated by hydraulic cylinder drive. Clamp thrust surface stays in contact with sponge titanium block and, on opposite side, with displacement drive. Manipulator is mounted on the table to displace the block over table bearing surface and engaged with hydraulic cylinder drive. Manipulator is composed of platform with lateral holders furnished with rollers running in horizontal and vertical planes. Lever is arranged at the platform with its end furnished with support to lift the block top to 350 mm and retain it to start of block cutting. Table walls make sidewalls to form a prism with working surface provided with plug-in plate that acts as a stationary blade to be set to preset angle. Horizontal grooves are made on outer side on sidewalls to accommodate mutually perpendicular guides for lateral holders of manipulators to displace therein.
