FIELD: equipment for cutting titanium blocks layer by layer, possibly at making titanium chips. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes frame with guides. Frame supports table for receiving titanium block, cutting tool, main hydraulic cylinder and clamping units arranged one opposite to another with possibility of mutual approach on mechanism for common motion of clamping units with titanium block. One clamping unit is joined with hydraulic cylinder for moving it. Cutting tool is stationary mounted in frame. Mechanism for common motion of clamping units with titanium block is in the form of slide joined with main working hydraulic cylinder. Said mechanism is mounted in guides of frame with possibility of motion relative to cutting tool and it provides contact of titanium block with cutting tool along the whole width of titanium block. Second clamping unit is mounted in turning of slide. EFFECT: possibility of compact accumulation of titanium chips. 2 dwg
