SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal cans: for example, for beverages. Easily opened can end suitable for attachment to the container body comprises a central panel made with a notched line, and a reed attached to the can end. The notched line limits the periphery of the opened area on the central panel. The tongue has a head section and a gripped section, and the central panel additionally comprises a movable section extending under the whole gripped section or under its part. The movable section has an upper position in which the movable section is convex when viewed the can end from above, the lower position in which the movable section is concave when viewed the can end from above. The movable section is able to be deformed from the upper position to the lower position. The movable section comprises at least one inclined downwardly annular step.

EFFECT: invention provides easy opening of the can with guaranteed access to the reed.
