FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: after escape of shell from barrel bore, portion of in incident airflow is drawn off for afterburning of combustible gas mix produced in gas generator. After escape of shell from barrel bore, shell body tail is telescopically transformed to form air intake and afterburner with nozzle openings to make throttle duct. Gas generator combustion products are mixed in said throttle duct with air fed via air intake, after-burnt and forced through throttle duct to create jet thrust. Proposed device comprises heat and tail sections, warhead, stabiliser fins and bottom gas generator. End section tail part is composed of telescopic structure including two coaxial shell rings. Outer shell ring can axially displace over inner shell ring outer surface. Inner shell ring outer surfaces makes gas generator case. Outer shell ring comprises rear face surface with nozzle opening with rear cover secured thereto. Inner shell ring has conical recesses in the zone of thrust bead.
EFFECT: increased range of fire.
