FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of instrument making, in particular to devices for generation of measurement and control information by primary parametres that define consumption of natural gas and control of its leaks in apartment blocks. Device for control of consumption and leaks of household gas in apartment blocks comprises apartment and front door counters of gas consumption, apartment and front door detectors of gas content, valves of gas supply isolation, summator of total gas content of apartment block front door, unit for comparison for total gas content level to permissible value, source of reference voltage of total gas content level, unit for assessment of current unbalance of gas consumption in entrance of apartment block, summator of unbalance, unit for separation of unbalance module, source of reference voltage below level of permissible unbalance, apartment and front door units of gas supply isolation valve control, apartment and front door units for comparison of gas content level to permissible value, apartment and front door sources of reference voltage of permissible gas content levels, apartment and front door counters of pulses, apartment and front door converters of pulses frequency into analog signal and cellular communication modem.

EFFECT: improved safety of gas equipment operation in entrances of apartment blocks due to continuous control of total gas content and unbalance of gas consumption levels on a real time basis, both in separate apartments and in entrance with information transfer to fast-response dispatcher services and to cellular phones of dwellers.
