FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor for wireless passive measurement of displacements has a reading device and a SAW device. The reading device consists of a transceiver and an antenna, and the SAW device has an antenna and SAW resonators, each having an interdigital transducer which is electrically connected to the antenna of the SAW device, and two reflecting structures; the sensor also includes a rod, two diaphragms, two covers, two glass/metal insulators, spacers with two fluoroplastic films, a spacer made from solid substance, and mountings for the SAW device.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring displacements in real operating conditions associated with the effect of environmental factors.
