FIELD: metrology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, particularly to means of monitoring stress-strain state of objects. Sensor has device on surface acoustic waves (SAW), which consists of housing formed by upper and lower covers with elastic membranes, rigidly connected to metal rod with ledge in contact with gasket located on free end of cantilever fitted with help of clamping plates inside housing of board with SAW resonators, electrically connected with antenna arranged above upper housing cover. Device is installed on mechanical movements transformer made in form of base with lengthwise groove and having two faces arranged perpendicular to base of transformer, in each of which there is hole to longitudinal slot of base of transformer, in which clamping mechanism is installed. At that, in longitudinal groove element is installed, transmitting movement, having longitudinal wedge-shaped groove arranged on its surface in contact point with rod of SAW device, and return mechanism. Clamping mechanism consists of screws and pads or springs, screws and balls. At that, radius of balls corresponds to radius of rod grooves.

EFFECT: technical result is increase of measurement range of movements.
