SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to poultry breeding, in particular, to a method of stimulation of embryogenesis egg production hens and prevention of physiological exposure to stress in the most critical periods of embryonic development. The method of stimulation of embryogenesis egg production hens and prevention of physiological exposure to stress in the most critical periods of embryonic development by reducing the peroxidation processes, optimisation of the metabolic rate, increase in intensity of hatching with high viability of the youngsters for a long period of post-embryonic development by the method of treatment the hatching eggs includes treatment of the hatching eggs. The treatment of the hatching eggs is carried out twice, namely 3-4 hours before placing in the incubator - on the shell surface an aqueous solution of the preparations is applied from the sprayer: colamine, succinic acid and serine at concentrations of 0.1%, 0.1%, 0.2 %, respectively, and on day 19 - 0.1% aqueous solution of colamine, and the preparations are preliminary dissolved in distilled water at 18-22°C.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to stimulate embryogenesis of egg hens and to increase hatching of standard poults.
