FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry breeding, in particular, to a method of physiological acceleration of embryos of chickens. The method of physiological acceleration of embryos of chickens, reduction of free-radical oxidation, optimisation of metabolic process with high viability of poults during a long period of post-embryonic development comprises treatment of hatching eggs. The treatment of hatching eggs is carried out on a single occasion 3-4 hours before placing in the incubator, while an aqueous solution of the preparations is applied with a sprayer on the surface of the egg shell: ribav, succinic acid and colamine at concentrations of 0.5%, 0.1%, 0.1%, respectively, and the preparations are preliminary dissolved in distilled water at 18-22°C.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to accelerate the embryogenesis of egg chickens, to obtain standard youngsters with a high degree of antioxidant protection, the optimal level of metabolic processes and high immunity level.
