FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of veterinary and is intended for therapy of orthodontal abscesses in rabbits. Method includes cutting abscess, sanitation of cavity with chlorhexidine solution and alternate lymphotropic introduction of 5 U of lydase, dissolved in 0.5 ml of 0.5% novocaine solution, 0.3 ml of furosemide. Then, alternately with 1 minute interval into hypodermic cellular tissue in area of lower-jaw lymph nodes projection introduced are 10 thousand U per 1 kg of live weight of roncoleukin, dissolved in 1 ml of 2% lidocaine solution, and after that, 2.5% enroflox solution in dose 5 mg per 1 kg of live weight one time per day during 5 days.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of antibiotic therapy in case of orthodontal abscesses, reduce negative influence of antibiotics on animal organism, increase immunological activity of animal organism, intensify healing and reduce probability of recurrence development.
