FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and represents a method for lymphatic therapy of dogs with pyelonephritis, characterized by that animal every 48 hours in subcutaneous fat surrounding external inguinal lymph nodes, is administered 500 IU of longylidase dissolved in 1 ml of 0.5 % novocaine alternately, with interval of 15 minutes, and a daily dose of the antibiotic selected according to sensitivity of microflora, and then performing lymphostimulating injection into inter-spine ligament at the level of L-III-L-IV freshly prepared drug mixture consisting of 1000 IU longidase and 2 ml 0.5 % novocaine.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in male and female dogs with pyelonephritis, reduced probability of chronization and reduced number of injections.
