SUBSTANCE: method comprises administering alternately in lymphotropic way through one needle of solutions 6.4 ME hyaluronidase dissolved in 1 ml of 0.5% novocaine solution, then 500000 ME roncoleukine dissolved in 50 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, and then half the daily dose of 2.5% Kobaktane in the nipple bed area of the affected udder parts 3 times with an interval of 24 hours.

EFFECT: method enables to increase the effectiveness of antimicrobial therapy of mastitis, to reduce the likelihood of occurrence of side effects of the preparations, to speed up the relief of inflammatory edema and excretion of toxic products, to improve the overall immune reactivity of the body, to reduce the risk of occurrence of relapses, and to reduce the treatment time.
