Outer drum accommodates one or more rotors composed of rods-rolls to run inside said drum and made up of one-piece helical rods made of rectangular strips coiled in vertical plane in lengthwise direction and bent in helical lines in transverse direction on cylindrical mandrel to form outside said rods the helical lines and helical curvilinear surfaces composed of concave grooves with centres of curvature located outside helical surface of rods and filled with metal or concrete.
