SUBSTANCE: working member of concrete mixer is made up of solid regular tetrahedrons jointed by their faces, core rollers with guide elements arranged along perimetre of said rollers. Said guide elements represent multi-start screw surfaces made up of equilateral triangles sequentially connected, alternating and opposed, at blunt angle, or working member is made up of solid rods coiled into screw with guide elements made up of multi-start screw surfaces in the form of coiled strips, or working member is made up of core rollers with guide elements arranged along perimetre of said rollers. Said guide elements represent multi-start screw surfaces.
