FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: first module for supplying the manure mass is made in the form of an inclined elevator with buckets, the upper end of which is communicated with the second module for pressing the liquid fraction and crushing manure pieces. The second module is made in the form of a rotating hollow cylindrical perforated helical surface made of an even number of alternately connected perforated strips of a rectangular shape convoluted in the vertical plane in the longitudinal direction and curved on a cylindrical mandrel along the helical lines. Inside there are non-interconnected rods-rolls with the possibility of free rotation by rolling. Limited in the longitudinal movement. Under the second module, the third module-extruder, as well as the fourth module for grinding and drying the granule mass, are placed one under the other. The third module-extruder is made in the form of a screw arranged in a perforated housing with a shaft having a diameter increasing towards the end of the expansion chamber, fixed to the housing butt, to which a mouthpiece with internal screw perforated grooves and a funnel-shaped entry is connected with its larger base. To its smaller base a die is fixed, out of which the manure comes in the form of different-sized granules. The fourth module is equipped with a device for feeding and removing hot gases and is made in the form of a rotating perforated drum made of sequentially installed sections. Each of the sections is assembled from two pairs of perforated triangles joined by lateral sides. Each subsequent section is turned relative to the previous one by 120°.

EFFECT: reducing the liquid phase losses of manure mass and improving the finished product quality.
