FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft comprises fuselage, wings, tailplane, engines, undercarriage and load-carrying assembly. The latter is arranged outside of fuselage bottom, under passenger cabin. Said assembly extends beyond fuselage sides. Engines are mounted top fuselage ends. Under carriage nacelles are secured there under. Cabins and freight compartments communicated by stairs are arranged at fuselage decks. Wings are arranged above fuselage secured at deck wing props.
EFFECT: stable flight, turning and braking.
