FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: modular building comprises walls and slabs resting on rows of pillar blocks, and also vertical, longitudinal and transverse reinforcement ties. Concrete pillar blocks are made in the form of spacers of arched or figured profile, installed between slabs so that on protruding parts of the pillar profiles along the walls preferably above openings there are links, and rows of pillar blocks are connected by slabs or reinforcement ties, for instance, in the form of vertical ties and horizontal ties - bands.
EFFECT: reduced costs and terms of construction, its increased reliability and durability.
