FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: said utility invention relates to construction of hotel-class buildings. A building containing surfaces of walls, floors, and ceilings of hotel rooms set according a hexagonal pattern, in honeycomb rows; as well as a building bulk, roofing, and supports. The honeycomb rows of rooms are designed as duo pitch canopies with an apex angle of 110°-160°, set one above another.
EFFECT: decreased costs for construction of hotel-type buildings, efficient use of building volume.
