FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to prefabricated frame houses, and can be used in construction of low-rise buildings of public, cultural, industrial, technical and household purposes, for the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Prefabricated frame building includes walls having external, internal lining, heat insulation material arranged between them, made of one layer of heat insulation in the form of incombustible foamed polymer or from mineral material, frame containing a foundation, beams, posts, intermediate beams and posts intended for formation of window and door openings, beams located in the base frame, which perform the floor log function, and covering beams located in the covering frame performing the ceiling function, the rafters, the ridge beam, the connecting elements forming the frame connecting elements. Connecting elements are made in form of solid parts of various spatial configurations, corresponding to a certain type of connecting unit, which base is central nodal part of volumetric geometrical shape with divergent in two and more directions cantilever ledges of rectangular cross-section, on which posts and (or) beams are built up with formation of fixed direct tenon joint. All racks and beams of the frame are made of shaped pipe of the same rectangular section, one and more standard sizes. All components of frame are made of polymer material.
EFFECT: simplification, increase of speed, accuracy of assembly of a building, increase of bearing capacity of junctional connections, increase of durability, increase of energy efficiency of a building, expansion of possibilities of its application, possibility of multiple change of overall dimensions of a building, cheapening of construction.
