SUBSTANCE: galvanically isolated power switch consists of a control transistor, rectifier diodes, a current transformer, a limiting resistor and two power transistors; the input signal source is connected to the base of the control transistor, the emitter of which is connected to the common bus of the input signal and a reference frequency source, and the collector is connected to cathodes of the rectifier diodes which are connected to the primary winding of the current transformer, the centre lead of the primary winding is connected to the common bus of the input signal and the reference frequency source, and one of the leads of the primary winding is connected to the limiting resistor, the second lead of which is connected to the reference frequency source; the secondary winding of the current transformer is connected to the bases of the power transistors, the collectors of which are merged, wherein the centre lead of the secondary winding of the current transformer is connected to the merged emitters of the power transistors.
EFFECT: faster operation of the galvanically isolated transistor switch due to summation of the input pulsed signal with rectangular voltage at reference frequency.
