SUBSTANCE: filtering means has channels for monitoring an uplink satellite data channel signal through step-by-step monitoring of the channel using a first analogue tunable filter, having a narrow band-pass relative to the channel, and at each step monitors the signal within the channel step to detect noise signals and configures a second analogue tunable filter, having a tunable delay band function for blocking noise signals. The uplink satellite data channel signal has a first and a second signal transmission path for the uplink satellite data channel signal and includes demultiplexing channels of the uplink satellite data channel signal into separate lines on the first signal transmission path, executing the band delay function in the second signal transmission path and replacing the remaining filtered portion of the channel through an operation for switching the demultiplexed version of the channel.
EFFECT: eliminating high undesirable noise signals.
